the detailed route

12 October 2025 4

The route is intended highlighting the most beautiful places in western Paris (Eiffel Tower, Trocadéro, Arc de Triomphe, Bois de Boulogne, Roland Garros, Maison de la Radio, Grand Palais, Tuileries, Pont Royal, Berges Rive Gauche, etc.) while maintaining a significant level of security. For elites and competitors, the course is rolling and limited in restart. It is intended to continue in view of the satisfaction feedback we have received.

This route is intended to be festive thanks to the numerous musical activities that mark it for your greatest pleasure and gives you the pleasure of racking up the kilometers.

The departure configuration and 23 rhythmic waves every 3 minutes ensure excellent fluidity without traffic jams for the first few kilometers and without congestion on arrival!

You will take full advantage of the Bois de Boulogne for about 4km along the Allée de Longchamp and the Allée de la Reine Marguerite.

Leaving the Bois de Boulogne you will follow Roland Garros by the boulevard d'Auteuil, then you will take at the Porte Molitor, the boulevard Murat to take you to the roundabout of the Porte de Saint-Cloud in order to avoid getting zigzagging to reach the quays. This new part will be much smoother, with fewer turns and a short descent to reach the docks.

Below is information about the elevation of the race.

The rest of the route will take you to a great Parisian classic, the banks of the Seine! You will follow the Seine to the Pont Royal, passing by the Trocadéro, the Grand Palais, the Place de la Concorde and the Tuileries Gardens.

After crossing the Seine, you will follow it again on the banks to the Quai Branly.

the animations of the course

IN SUPPORT OF AN ASSOCIATION

paris marathon 20km

The association supported for this 47th edition will be Bleuet de France!

Each bib purchased will contribute directly to this wonderful solidarity initiative. For each individual registration, €3 will be donated to the association, and for the 4-race packs, €12 will go to support this noble cause.

Born in the aftermath of the First World War, the Cornflower of France is celebrating its centenary this year, a century of commitment to the heroes of our nation. This flower, a symbol of hope, was born in the trenches, where, in the midst of mud and chaos, the cornflower was often the only flower growing, evoking resilience and rebirth.

For 100 years, the work of Bleuet de France has supported wounded soldiers, veterans, victims of terrorism, wards of the Nation and bereaved families. Each year, These are more than 25 beneficiaries who receive valuable help, an extra boost of soul, in the form of psychological, physical or financial support.

Thanks to the donations received, this essential mission continues, transforming the generosity of donors into concrete actions allowing these men and women to begin a path of reconstruction and regain faith in the future.

The Vredestein 20km of Paris and the Bleuet de France share a common philosophy: solidarity, resilience and self-improvement. A fact that is not surprising because, did you know? One of the organizations behind the creation of the 20 km of Paris is none other than the Association Sportive et Culturelle de l'Air, another player in the military world that places the sense of collective and self-sacrifice at the heart of its action. Supporting the most vulnerable, honoring sacrifices and pushing one's limits form the heart of our two initiatives.

Together, we can turn every step and every donation into an action that makes a difference.

Together, we can enable all those who gave their lives for France and all victims of terrorism to rebuild their lives and find hope again!
