To keep the 2 modes of practice: the "historic" face-to-face version and the connected version to allow runners from all over the world who cannot come under the Eiffel Tower to share the Vredestein 20km de Paris experience.
To accompany you in the preparation of the Vredestein 20km of Paris by organizing 3 connected races of 5km, 10km and 15km which will be progressive intermediate objectives for you to proudly display at the end of your performances a magnificent new trophy consisting of 4 finisher medals won on our races. Thus, choose one of our 2 complete packs to prepare you ideally for the Vredestein 20km of Paris in October whatever the modality!

This course is intended to be festive thanks to the many musical entertainment that punctuates it for your greatest pleasure and gives you the fishing to chain the kilometers.
The configuration of the start and the 23 waves rhythmic every 3 minutes ensure excellent fluidity without traffic jams on the first kilometers and without congestion on arrival!
The refueling and hydration zones will be located at the 6th, 10th and 15th kilometer and at the finish.
Our "Clean Race" objectives are renewed to be ever more eco-responsible and to help us do this, your water bottles must be thrown away in the containers provided for this purpose. Targets will help you aim straight! And don't forget that when you registered, you made a commitment not to throw your waste on the course.
You will take full advantage of the Bois de Boulogne for about 4km along the Allée de Longchamp and the Allée de la Reine Marguerite.
Leaving the Bois de Boulogne you will follow Roland Garros by the boulevard d'Auteuil, then you will take at the Porte Molitor, the boulevard Murat to take you to the roundabout of the Porte de Saint-Cloud in order to avoid getting zigzagging to reach the quays. This new part will be much smoother, with fewer turns and a short descent to reach the docks.

After crossing the Seine, you will follow it again on the banks to the Quai Branly.

The 2023 edition will be a very heterogeneous edition. You will be encouraged by bagpipes, DJs, percussion and many other instruments… vast musical race of 20km in Breton, Bavarian, Brazilian country… Every kilometer, an animation will accompany you in your efforts and, on arrival , the pompoms will give you a smile to cross the line.
IN SUPPORT OF THE "LE RIRE MEDECIN" ASSOCIATION
For each pack ordered, €12 will be donated to the Le Rire Médecin association (and €3 for each registration for a single race) to support the association's solidarity actions. Your registration will give the means to its teams to mobilize their team of clowns to undertake even more shows.
Le Rire Médecin is an association law of 1901 founded in 1991 in France. It trains and employs hospital clowns who will intervene with hospitalized children, their parents and caregivers. Each year, the clowns it employs perform more than 80 shows.
