THE VREDESTEIN 20 KIDS OF PARIS
2025 EDITION

These regulations apply to all participants of the Vredestein 20 Kids de Paris event in person. The main characteristics of the event are available on the official website: https://vredestein.20kmparis.com. Registration implies full knowledge and acceptance of these regulations.

ARTICLE 1: PLACE, DATE AND NATURE OF THE COMPETITION

The Vredestein 20 Kids of Paris is a discovery event without ranking, with the aim of introducing children to running and solidarity. It will take place on Saturday, October 11, 2025 on a defined course near the village of Vredestein 20 km from Paris.

ARTICLE 2: ORGANIZER

Under the aegis of the Paris City Hall and with the assistance of the Paris Police Prefecture, the 7th The Vredestein 20 kids edition of Paris is organized by:

ARTICLE 3: CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Participation in the test is conditioned on:

A- Age category

The event is open to runners from 6 to 13 years old
Depending on their age, they will take part in a race adapted in terms of distance:

• 6 – 9 years (born in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019): 1000 m

• 10-13 years (born in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015): 2024m

B- Parental authorization

Parental authorization signed by one of the parents or a legal representative must be provided to the organization so that the child can participate in the event corresponding to his/her age.

C- Registration fee

The registration fee which includes participation to the test, the souvenir t-shirt and finisher medal is from:

-15VAT Incl.

Registration fees are payable in cash, in full on the day of registration on thea registration platform Njuko for the benefit of the Paris 20 km Club Association.

The Paris 20 km Club Association is committed to donating a share-part of the right registration for the benefit of a charity.

D- Bib

The participant must be worn visibly, by hanging it on the front of the tee-shirt at chest level for the entirety of the test, in its entirety, the bib provided by the organization.

    ARTICLE 4: REGISTRATIONS

    Online registrations (closes when all the available bibs are used up): registrations take place via the Vredestein 20km de Paris website which uses the Njuko platform, technical service provider of the Vredestein 20km de Paris. 

    To this end, the participant must complete a registration form and unreservedly accept these rules. 

    The participant undertakes to provide only sincere information. 

    Payment is made via secure payment, on the Njuko platform by bank card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).

    Payment by bank card is irrevocable, except in the event of fraudulent use of the card. menu. In ce case, le participant peut ask the cancellation du payment et la restitution of corresponding amounts.

    Payments made by the participant will only be considered final after actual collection of the sums due.

    All registrations are firm and final and cannot be refunded for any reason whatsoever.

    Important : any application submitted other than by this site or by a site duly accredited to propose registrations for the events of the Association Club des 20km de Paris (in particular by e-mail or post or delivered by hand) cannot be taken into account.

    ARTICLE 5: COLLECTION OF BIBS

    Participants will be able to collect their race number and prizes from the Vredestein 20 km de Paris race village or from the Vredestein 20 kids de Paris village, at the times indicated in the registration confirmation.

    Prohibition de disposal de bib :

    All commitments are personal, firm and final. No transfer of registration is authorized for any reason whatsoever. Any person who transfers their bib, even free of charge, to a third party will be held responsible in the event of an accident occurring or caused by the latter during the event. The organization declines all responsibility in the event of an accident in this type of situation.

    It is nevertheless possible to transform a registration for the Vredestein 20 kids de Paris in person into a registration for the Vredestein 20 kids de Paris connected without additional cost or reimbursement upon request of the registered runner.

    ARTICLE 6: SPORTING RULES AND CODE OF GOOD CONDUCT

    A- Help for participants

    Any outside help is prohibited.

    B- Follower

    No follower is accepted, under penalty of disqualification.

    C- Headphones

    The competitor undertakes on his honor not to anticipate the start, to cover the full distance before crossing the finish line and to ensure that his bib, placed on his chest, is fully legible during the race. 'test.

    ARTICLE 7: RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

    Any abandonment of equipment or throwing of waste outside the areas provided for this purpose will result in the exclusion of the offending competitor from the event.

    ARTICLE 8: INSURANCE

    The organizers take out insurance covering the consequences of their civil liability and that of their employees. Proof may be provided to any participant who requests it. This guarantee will apply in addition to or in the absence of other insurance policies that may apply elsewhere.

    ARTICLE 9: SAFETY AND MEDICAL CARE

    ARTICLE 10: RIGHT TO IMAGE

    The participant, with the agreement of his parents or legal representative, can oppose the use of his image (and request the modification and withdrawal of the latter) by email to the address rgpd@20kmparis.com or postal mail accompanied by a copy of a signed identity document, addressed to: association Club of 20 kmde Paris, 16bis Avenue Prior of the Côte d'Or CS 40300 94114 Arcueil Cedex.

    ARTICLE 11: PERSONAL DATA

    Data collected

    En registering (in French only) at Vredestein 20kids de Paris, le competitor is brought, with the agreement of his parents or their legal representative, to provide a certain amount of data and information, particularly during the registration procedure. This data allows the participant to be identified, directly or indirectly, and may be considered personal data within the meaning of the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.

    In general, personal data communicated by participants with the consent of their parents or legal representative is intended for personnel authorized by the Association Club des 20 km de Paris who may be members of the Association or a Company service provider Oenology du traitement de ces data(printer of bibs, registration manager, communications agency, etc.).

    The Club des 20 km de Paris association collects this data, for specific purposes, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and with the participant's consent, and in particular for the purposes of:

    • Allow the management and modification of the services offered by the Association Club des 20 km de Paris͖;
    • Send emails or messages to provide the participant with any useful information such as confirmation of their order, updates, newsletters from Vredestein 20 km from Paris, etc.
    • Send emails or SMS to the participant to provide information, announcements and updates relating to the Vredestein 20 kids in Paris;
    • Collect information, particularly through de surveys, of investigations ou de questionnaires ;
    • Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions;
    • Send emails or SMS to inform the participant of other events; partners who might interest him;
    • Allow marketing management and promotion of the services offered the Paris 20 km Club Association;

    • Organize lotteries and competitions and allow the participant to register and participate in them;

    Opposition

    If a participant, with the agreement of his parents or legal representative, wishes to oppose such publications, he must imperatively communicate this decision to the association Club des 20 km de Paris at the address rgpd@20kmparis.com upstream of the event and at the latest thirty (30) days before the latter so that the appropriate measures be taken.

    Share of Data

    The association Club of 20 km de Paris is susceptible de share of data concerning participants with third parties.

    ARTICLE 12: FORCE MAJEURE

    In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to climatic events, natural disasters, changes in health restrictions, the Club des 20 km de Paris association may end the event at any time. Participants will be notified by all possible means, and must then strictly comply with the organization's guidelines. Failure to comply with these instructions will de facto result in the end of the organizer's liability. The participant will not be able to claim any reimbursement or compensation in this regard.

    Art. 13: CANCELLATION

    Art. 14: ABSENCE OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

    Given the nature of the services provided, the participant does not benefit from any right of withdrawal.

    Art. 15: DISPUTE

    Any claim, with a view to an amicable settlement, must be made in writing to the organizer à the next address :

    This request must be accompanied by a stamped envelope for the response, prepared with the name and address of the recipient, within 30 days after the event. Any dispute must be filed before the competent court.

    Art. 16: ACCEPTANCE OF THESE REGULATIONS

    Art. 17: PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION – ACCEPTANCE BY THE PARTICIPANT

    The Participant acknowledges having received, prior to registration and conclusion of the contract, in a legible and comprehensible manner, these regulations and all to informations listed à Article L.221-5 du Code de la consumption, et especially the following information :

    • the essential characteristics of the services offered, taking into account the communication medium used and the service concerned; –
    • the price of the services;
    • information relating to the identity of the organizer, their postal details, phone et electronic, et à proven activities, si they ne stand out to du context,
    • information relating to the absence of withdrawal;
    • the means of payment accepted.
